JOB SUMMARY:

The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and
optimizing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to support the company’s growth,
branding, and product adoption goals. This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, creative
content development, and data-driven execution to reach and engage orthopaedic surgeons,
healthcare professionals, and other key stakeholders.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to support product launches, brand awareness, and lead generation.
  • Create and manage content marketing strategies including blog posts, white papers, videos, email newsletters, and case studies.
  • Manage and optimize the company’s website, and oversee social media strategy and execution across LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
  • Plan and manage digital advertising across key scientific journals, professional society websites, and other surgical-based platforms (Vu Medi, Orthobullets, etc.).
  • Collaborate with clinical and product teams to ensure scientific accuracy and compliance in digital content.
  • Maintain and improve the company’s digital footprint in alignment with regulatory and brand guidelines.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. MBA or relevant certifications a plus.
  • 5+ years of digital marketing experience, preferably in the medical device, healthcare, or life sciences industry.
