Skeletal Dynamics is a fast-growing medical device company located in Kendall, FL, that designs and markets innovative orthopedic devices sold on a worldwide basis. We are seeking a friendly, enthusiastic Customer Service Representative who enjoys interacting with customers, distributors, and sales team members to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services. The Customer Service Representative will report to the Customer Service Manager.   

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Deal directly with customers by telephone, electronically or face-to-face.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Receive and direct customer complaints and unresolved issues to the designated resource.
  • Obtain and evaluate relevant information to handle product inquiries.
  • Process sales orders, forms and requests for consignment.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Strong written and oral communication skills, interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented, strong organizational skills.
  • Computer skills (Microsoft Office, ERP Systems, V-lookup)
  • Excel proficiency, preferred

EDUCATION/TRAINING:

  • High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent.
