JOB SUMMARY:

The Associate Product Manager, focused on downstream marketing activities, plays a key role
in executing post-launch marketing activities. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll
assist in the development of sales tools, educational content, and market analysis to drive
growth and awareness of our upper extremity portfolio.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, surgical technique guides, videos, and sales presentations.
• Assist in planning and executing surgeon training programs, labs, and educational events.
• Collaborate with Sales and Product Management to gather field feedback and enhance messaging.
• Conduct competitive analysis and track market trends in upper extremity trauma.
• Help manage digital content, campaigns, and internal communications.
• Ensure all materials adhere to regulatory, legal, and brand guidelines.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Biomedical Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, product support, or medical device industry (internships count).
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to understand clinical terminology and translate it into customer-facing content.
