Skeletal Dynamics is seeking an IT Help Desk 1 professional. Under guidance and supervision, this role will perform troubleshooting on system applications, analyze logs, document, test, and organize endpoint and network devices. This helpdesk role will be responsible for all level 1 issues and must provide exceptional customer service skills along with technical support as needed. This role reports directly to the Systems Administrator.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide and support all level 1 tickets
  • Troubleshoot O365 Apps and Windows 10 OS 
  • Upgrade RAM and Hard Drives on PCs and repair PCs as needed 
  • Troubleshoot Printers
  • Provide support for Network problems 
  • Help document new processes or hardware changes
  • Help set up audio and visual hardware in conference rooms
  • Setup new PCs when they arrive 
  • Provide AV support during conferences 
  • Apply patches to endpoint devices 
  • Provide assistance during maintenance on servers 
  • Track and keep an inventory of all asset inventory
  • Help train new users on systems and security protocols 
  • Create new users in Active Directory as well as reset passwords when needed

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the Helpdesk field
  • Software knowledge in the following: 365 Apps, LAN and WAN, Windows 10, and Active Directory

EDUCATION/TRAINING:

  • Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
  • IT Certifications
